Fresh'n Up offers compact, all-in-one men's grooming products and related information. The Site currently promotes the brand and invites you to join a waiting list / pre-order interest list while products and full retail features are prepared.

Content on the Site is for general information. Product availability, pricing, specifications, and launch timing may change without notice until we confirm an order with you.

You must use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or payment sessions;
• scrape, harvest, or misuse personal information of others;
• submit false, misleading, or automated spam through forms (including the waiting list);
• use the Site in any way that breaches Australian law or these Terms.

Joining the waiting list or expressing pre-order interest does not create a binding purchase contract. It lets us contact you about Fresh'n Up launches, availability, and related updates.

We may close, reopen, or change the waiting list at any time. Providing an email does not guarantee product allocation, pricing, or a launch date.

Payment pages hosted on this domain may collect payment-related data and process payments through third-party providers (including MoonPay) for purchases made through Fresh'n Up checkout pages.

Card and other payment credentials are handled by those processors under their own terms and privacy policies. Fresh'n Up does not receive your full card details from MoonPay when you complete checkout through that flow. You are responsible for reviewing the processor's terms before paying.

Payment links may expire. Failed, cancelled, or disputed payments are subject to the processor's rules and any confirmation we send you about your Fresh'n Up order.

The Site and its content — including branding, logos, text, images, layout, and design — are owned by Fresh'n Up or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except where Australian law expressly allows (for example, fair dealing).

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party services (for example social platforms or payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is between you and the third party.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is always complete or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Fresh'n Up and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant services or paying the cost of re-supply — except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

How we collect and handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia may hear disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
